Border Security Force (BSF) has invited online applications from qualified candidates for Inspector (Architect), Sub Inspector (Works) & Junior Engineer/Sub Inspector (Electrical) Vacancy. The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test and/or interview/physical test. The total number of vacancies is 90. Eligibility Criteria

• Inspector (Architect) – Degree in architecture from a recognized University or Institution and Registered with Council of Architecture under Architects Act, 1972
• Sub Inspector (Works) – Pass Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central or State Government.
• Junior Engineer/Sub Inspector (Electrical) – Pass Three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central or State Governments

Pay Scale

• Inspector (Architect) – Rs 44900 – 142400/- Level-7
• Sub Inspector (Works) – Rs 35400 – 112400/- Level-6
• Junior Engineer/Sub Inspector (Electrical) – Rs 35400 – 112400/- Level-6

Age Limit

• 30 years (As on 08-06-2022)

• Male
  • Height – 165 Cms.
  • Chest  – 76-81 Cms {81-85 cm (Inspector -Architect)}
  • Weight –  50 Kg or Proportionate to height
  • Run  – 1.6 Km in 7 minutes
  • Long Jump –  11 Feet (03 chances to be given)
  • High Jump –  3 1/2 Feet (03 chances to be given)
• Female
  • Height – 157 Cms.
  • Chest  – N/A
  • Weight – 46 Kg
  • Run – 800 Mtrs in 5 minutes
  • Long Jump – 08 Feet (03 chances to be given)
