DSSSB Recruitment 2019 – Assistant Teacher and Junior Engineer Vacancy

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board has invited online applications from qualified candidates for Assistant Teacher and Junior Engineer (JE) Vacancy. The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test and/or interview. The total number of vacancies is 982. The applications have to be submitted online on the official website of  Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board.

• Junior Engineer JE Civil. – 204

Pay Scale

•  Rs 9,300 – 34,800/- + GP Rs 4,200/-

Eligibility Criteria

• Assistant Teacher (Primary) / Assistant Teacher (Nursery) –
  • Senior Secondary (10+2) or Intermediate or its equivalent
  • Two year’s Diploma/ Certificate Course/ in Elementary Teacher Education Course/ Junior Basic Training or equivalent or bachelor of elementary education from a recognized institution.
  • Must have passed Hindi as a subject at Secondary level.
  • Must have passed English as a subject at secondary or senior secondary level.
  • Candidates must have qualified CTET.
• Junior Engineer JE Civil. – Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent OR Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.

Age Limit

• Assistant Teacher (Primary) – Max 30 years (as on 15-10-2019)
• Assistant Teacher (Nursery) – Max 30 years (as on 15-10-2019)
• Junior Engineer JE Civil. – Max 27 years (as on 15-10-2019)

Application Fee

• For Gen/ OBC – Rs 100/-
• For SC/ ST/ PH/ Woman/ Ex-Servicemen – No fee
• Pay the Examination Fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or through SBI Challan.
