National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), Delhi has invited online applications from qualified candidates for the posts of  Scientist-C and Scientific-D Vacancy. The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Online Exam/Written Test or Interview. The total number of vacancies is 27. Pay Scale:

• Scientist C – Level 11 (Rs.67,700– Rs. 2,08,700)
• Scientist D – Level 12 (Rs.78,800– Rs. 2,09,200)

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Technology) and M.Sc or Master Degree in Computer Application or Masters Degree in Engineering or Technology (ME or M.Tech)

Age Limit: –

• Scientist C – 35 years (As on 04-11-2022)
• Scientist D – 40 years (As on 04-11-2022)

• For General/OBC/EWS Candidates– Rs 800/-
• For SC/ST/PWD/Women Candidates – No Fee
