National Health Mission  Haryana (NHM Haryana) has invited Online applications from qualified candidates for the posts of  Mid Level Health Providers-cum-Community Health Officer Vacancy on contract basis. The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test or Interview.The total number of vacancies is 527. • Mid Level Health Providers-cum-Community Health Officers – 527

Pay Scale:

• Rs. 25,000/- (Per Month)

Age Limit: –

• 18-42 years (As on 14.01.2023)

Eligibility Criteria:-

• B.A.M.S./ B.Sc. (Nursing) form recognized Institute and BPCCHN Course OR B.Sc. Nursing / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing Graduates, who have completed their Degree with Mid-Level Health Providers’ (MLHPs) Course

• For General Category – Rs 200/-
• For All Reserve Categories – Rs 100/-
• Pay Examination fee through Online
