Manager (Trust Funds) – Rs 14.65 Lakhs (Per Annum)
Assistant Manager (IT) – Rs 12 Lakhs (Per Annum)
Assistant Manager (Secretarial) – Rs 12 Lakhs (Per Annum)
Assistant Manager (Industrial Sales) – Rs 12 Lakhs (Per Annum)
Deputy Manager (Retail Sales & Channel Development) – Rs 15 Lakhs (Per Annum)
Manager (Technical Services & OEM) – Rs 18 Lakhs (Per Annum)

Eligibility Criteria

Manager (Trust Funds) – CA/ICWA and Candidates with hands on exposure off handling matters in RPFC and also having experience in relation to Corporate Trust Funds
Assistant Manager (IT) – Graduate Degree in Engineering Or MCA and Candidates Working as IT Resource in SAP Environment shall be preferred
Assistant Manager (Secretarial) – Candidates with LLB will be preferred and Candidates with experience in Secretarial Work, compliance pertaining to Companies Act and SEBI
Regulations and a Member of ICSI shall be preferred
Assistant Manager (Industrial Sales) – Graduate Degree in Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical/ Chemical/Petro-Chemical/Petroleum and 2 Years Post Graduate Degree in
Management/ MBA with a Specialization in Marketing
Deputy Manager (Retail Sales & Channel Development) – Graduate Degree in Engineering Or 2 Years Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management/MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Management should be certified as equivalent to Post Graduate Degree by AIU valid for the year when the PG Diploma has been completed.
Manager (Technical Services & OEM) – Graduate Degree in Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical/ Chemical and M.Tech with a Specialization in Chemical/Mechanical shall be preferred.
