Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) has invited online applications from qualified candidates for MTS, LDC and Technician Vacancy. The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test and/or interview. The number of vacancies is 16. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – Level 1
Technician (Plumber/Carpenter) – Level 2
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – Level 2
Technical Assistant – Level 5

Eligibility Criteria

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – 10th standard pass from recognized board.
Technician (Plumber/Carpenter) – Matriculation from a recognized board with ITI certificate in relevant trade
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – 12th pass and Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer.
Technical Assistant – Bachelor degree in Science in the relevant field/specialization or
equivalent

Age Limit

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – 18 to 27 years (As on 16-01-2020)
Technician (Plumber/Carpenter) – 18 to 30 years (As on 16-01-2020)
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – 18 to 27 years (As on 16-01-2020)
Technical Assistant – 18 to 30 years (As on 16-01-2020)

Application Fee

For UR/OBC/ – Rs 300
For SC/ST/PWD/EWS/Women candidates – Rs 100/- (Processing fee)
Pay Examination fee through Demand Draft in favour of the Director, Institute of Wood Science and Technology payable at Bengaluru.
