OPTCL Recruitment 2023 – Management Trainee and Junior Management Trainee Vacancy

Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL) has invited online applications from qualified candidates for Management Trainee and Junior Management Trainee Vacancy. The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test and/or interview. The total number of vacancies is 68.   • Management Trainee (Finance) – 10
  • Management Trainee (Law) – 03
  • Management Trainee (HRD) – 10

  • Junior Management Trainee (Finance) – 15
  • Junior Management Trainee (Telecom) – 20

Pay Scale

  • Management Trainee – Rs.50,000/- (Per Month)
  • Junior Management Trainee – Rs.30,000/- (Per Month)

Eligibility Criteria:-

  • Management Trainee (Finance) – Degree with passing of the Final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) / the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI)
  • Management Trainee (Law) – Degree in Law from a recognized Institution.
  • Management Trainee (HRD) – Full time PG Degree/Diploma of two years duration in
    Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare/ HRD/HRM/PM&IR/MBA with specialization in HRD or Personnel Management from recognized University/ Institution with at least 60% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%.
  • Management Trainee (Telecom) – Degree in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electronics &
    Telecommunication Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate form a Recognized University / Institution or passing of Section A & B of IE (India) in relevant discipline with
    minimum 50% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%
  • Junior Management Trainee (Finance) – Graduate with Inter CA (Pass)/ Inter ICMAI (Pass)/M.Com with at least 60% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%. Knowledge in Company Law, Taxation, and Computer Application
  • Junior Management Trainee (Telecom) – Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%

Age Limit

  • 21 -32 years  (As on 01.08.2023)

Application Fee

  • For UR & SEBC Candidates – Rs. 1180/-
  • For SC/ST/PWD Candidates – Rs. 590/-
  • Pay Examination fee through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking OR Off-line payment mode by ICICI Bank Challan.
