High Court of Punjab and Haryana Recruitment 2021 – Stenographer Grade-III Vacancy

High Court of Punjab & Haryana has invited applications from qualified candidates for the posts of  Stenographer Grade-III Vacancy. The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test or Interview.The total number of vacancies is 445.  The applications have to be submitted  on official website of High Court of Punjab & Haryana.

  • Stenographer Grade-III (Haryana) – 162
  • Stenographer Grade-III (Punjab) – 283

Pay Scale:

  • Rs. 10300- 34800/-  + GP Rs 3200

Age Limit: –

  • Stenographer (Punjab) – 18 to 37 years (As on 01-01-2021)
  • Stenographer (Haryana) – 18 to 42  years (As on 01-01-2021)

Eligibility Criteria:-

  • Stenographer (Punjab) –
    • Candidates should possess Graduation from any stream and must have proficiency in operation of computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets).
    • He/she should have passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subject.
    • The candidates will have to qualify the English Shorthand Test and its Transcription at the speed of 80 W.P.M. and 20 W.P.M. respectively.
  • Stenographer (Haryana) –
    • Candidates should possess Graduation from any stream and must have proficiency in operation of computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets).
    • He/she should have passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subject.
    • The candidates will have to qualify the English Shorthand Test and its Transcription at the speed of 80 W.P.M. and 20 W.P.M. respectively.

    • SC/ST/BC/ESM of the State of Haryana (Female) – Rs 100
