SSSB Punjab Recruitment 2023 – Fireman & Driver/Operator Vacancy

Subordinate Selection Service Board Punjab (SSSB Punjab)  has invited online applications from qualified candidates for Fireman & Driver/Operator Vacancy. The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test and/or interview. The total number of vacancies is 1317. • Fireman – 991
  
• Driver/ Operator – 326

Pay Scale

• Fireman  – Rs 19,900/-
• Driver/ Operator – Rs 21,700/-

Eligibility Criteria

• Fireman – Minimum Matric should preferably the demobilised soldiers of other able bodies person
  
• Driver/ Operator – Middle standard minimum. Holding License of driving heavy vehicles of
  not less than five years prior to the date of recruitment in fire service

Age Limit

• 18-37 years (as on 01-01-2022)

• For Gen – Rs 1000/-
• For SC/BC/EWS Candidates – Rs 250/-
• For Ex-S Candidates – Rs 200/-
• For Physical Handicapped – Rs. 500
