Tamilnadu MRB 2018 -(Pharmacist vacancy)
Tamil Nadu Medical Services Recruitment Board has recently invited application for the recruitment of Pharmacists. The total number of vacancies is 229 and the break up is given below. The eligible and interested candidates should apply by the last date i.e. 30th July 2018. The interested candidates will have to submit their applications online

- Pharmacist (Siddha): 148 Post
- Pharmacist (Ayurveda) : 38 Post
- Homoeopathy Pharmacist : 23 Post
- Pharmacist (Unani) : 20 Post
Educational Qualifications:
- Pharmacist (Siddha)– Candidates should have a Diploma in Indian System of Medicine OR Diploma in Pharmacy in Siddha OR Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy (DIP) conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
- Pharmacist (Unani)– Candidates should have a Diploma in Indian System of Medicine OR Diploma in Pharmacy in Unani; OR Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy (DIP) conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
- Pharmacist (Homoeopathy)- Candidates should have passed S.S.L.C. Certificate of Registration “B” or “C” issued under rules 11(6) of the Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homoeopathy Rules 1972; and Must have registered under section 15(1)(b) or (c) of the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homoeopathy Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 5 of 1972) or equivalent thereto; OR Candidates should have passed the Diploma in Homoeopathy OR Candidates must have passed the Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy course
- Pharmacist (Ayurveda)- Candidates should possess Diploma in Indian System of Medicine OR Diploma in Pharmacy in Ayurveda; OR Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy (DIP) conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
Age Limit
The age limit for this recruitment are as follows:
- General candidates: 40 years
- SC/ST: not more than 57 years
