National Health Mission Uttar Pradesh (NHM UP) has invited Online applications from qualified candidates for the posts of   Community Health Officer(CHO) Vacancy through 04 Month Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) Training for the 2022-23 session. The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test or Interview.The total number of vacancies is 5505. Eligibility Criteria:-

• General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)-RNRM from a recognized Institute or B.Sc (Nursing) or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing must be registered as Nurse and Midwife from UP Nurses & Midwives Council and have valid registration certificate.
